IN MEMORIAM MR. LEO F. GIBLYN Member, Board of Education from July 1, 1932 to December 19,1960 President, Board of Education from July 1, 1940 to December 19,1960 With sorrow we record the passing of Leo F. Giblyn, whose unselfish service to public education in Freeport was outstanding not only for its unusual length and inspirational leadership but because of his sincere interest in the welfare of youth and his sacrificial devotion to public duty and his country. He was a great man, whose character will always be a shining example of courage, steadfastness of purpose and hope for the future.
