Senior Class of 48 ---Alvin Brucklacher Corinne Koerner is a nice sort of gal, By looking at her that you can easily tell, She's obedient in everything she does, A girl so friendly, I doubt if there ever was. If you see a girl looking short and sweet Thats Adeline, and Oh boy, is she neat. She's a good worker and does things right If she finds a man she'll grab him on sight. Ruby Huber is pretty and kind in every way She has a friendly attitude and is always gay But Oh, if she doesn't get her man I don't see how any body can. A brave and magnificent boy, Is Allen Stucky whom you'1l all enjoy He studies for a test just to get a HBH You should hear him yell if one comes back with a 'C'. Ardis is a good musician and will someday play For the well known orchestra of Sammy Kaye. She seems happy and content That ring on her left hand surely isn't for rent. Barbara is silent and does not have much to say But maybe at heart she is really gay. She tries in all her effort to get a hold of the boys But give her a man, and she'll make noise. Geneva's ambition is having good fun When approaching a man she starts to run In school she seems to be rather mild But give her hot Jive and she simply goes wild. When playing football, George is tough When out for track he shows his stuff. He could get better grades if he would study more Ask him why he doesn't---He says nWhat for?N Wyona is jolly and greets you with a smile And it is one you won't forget for a little while. Some day a secretary Wyona will be, Not to type, but to sit on the boss's knee. Lloyale gets more A's than Quaker does oats And it isn't because she uses a lot of notes Be it a man from the army, navy or air force He'll ask for a date and she'll say, NOf course.' Gladys is bashful and kind of shy But soon she'll get over it, when she finds the right guy She's a good student and likes to study Maybe that is why she agrees with everybody. Could it be Kenneth, if he wasn't up to some mischief Cracking a joke or pulling a trick out of his sleeve He's a good singer and makes the girls swoon And always making some noise that sounds like a goon. When Faye goes to school She takes things cool It seems she has her mind set on one guy There's no fooling she'll get him by and by.

Have you ever met a girl as Shirley with so many notions She's got more than enough to fill two oceans, But she's very brilliant as you can see No doubt some day a teacher she will be. Verna is serious in all of her work I suppose some day a man she will lurk She is carefree and gay at heart And in some ways she is very smart. Velda is charming and has a broad smile If she would kiss you, you wouldn't walk straight f She is happy-go-lucky and she slicks through life Some day she will make a very good wife. Now take Lorna she is smarter than she looks And it doesn't come from having her mose in the boo But wait till some sunny day She'll find her lover boy so gay. He can play Phil can do I wonder if He is always a sax and also sing almost anything, there is a person so well known as Phil dressed up fit to kill. Boots, oh there's a bundle of charms, I'm sure anybody would agree if she was in their ar She's the kind of girl that will let you know If you have said something that is not so. Donna's romantic when she is with the men She holds them so tight they can't count to ten Yes she will give you a good time alright It won't help you either to put up a fight. Ruby Hafner goes with any Tom, Dick and Harry She ought to know by this time which one to marry, She has plenty of pep and really can yell As a cheerleader she surely is swell. To write a poem like this it takes a lot of guts, If I had to write another I'd sure go nuts.
