The first was N Sister Sue U with following cast: Doris Meng, Kent Pflas- terer, Morma H1eso,Homer Etling, Betty Jung,Doris Sm1th,Donald Kessler, and Floyd Weber. Another cast: Norman R1eso,W1lma Ahlers,E1leen Slebert Vernon Weiss, Robert Nicol, Ethel Etling, Shirley Muskopf, and Merlin Hubbard presentedWTub Troubleu. The other play was'Play Ballu featuring Harry Weiss, Bob H11l,Lee Rieso, Melvin Brandenburger,James Guetterman, Wayne Forcade, Harold Vollmer, Herbert Smith, Forrest Werner, Gerald Koesterer and Elmer Lanter. 2 4 n 4 4 4 Q The Freeburg chapter of the Future Farmers of America eummd a ban- quet on April ll. The principal speaker of the evening was Mr. Eugene Eckert,nat1onally known figure in range and agriculture work. Music was furnished by Donald Kessler and short talks were made by Norman Rieso, Roland Heidenreich, Clarence Schleueter, and Mr. Daigh, F.F.A. sponsor. Stanley Agne, president of the chapter, acted as toastmaster.' N 4 4 u Q it ii The district music contest was held at Highland on March 2. Those from our school who won honors were as follows: Vera Fisher, Bob Hill, Donald Ketten, Bob Mlddendorf, Alice Kemper and Lids Smith.
