Treasurer Hz'st0ry The largest Freshman class of F. H. S. entered three years ago as perhaps the greenest bunch that had entered this High School. As is always the case some have left our midst, but we still have an outstanding class in all the activities of the school. In football we are represented by Cunningham, Pryor and Barth earning their let- ter. In basketball, there was Parsons earning his letter and being' picked as captain of the all district team. Then in track, we have Kingcade, Lafferty, Swartz, Pryor and Nunn all making the required number of points. Not only are we known by the physical activities, but also by the educational or mental activities. In the Verdigris Valley debates, we had Dorothy Bachelder, Nunn and Waas, receiving their shields for their work. We won third place in the Flack decla- mation contest through the work of Thelma Vandever. We also shared the honors with the seniors in having Lucille Knox as one of the two honor students of the school. In the musical organizations we had our share of students. We entered the High School as a Freshman class always does, very obscure and green. but as the years have gone by we have felt and shouldered our share of the responsibility of our High School. 2' J.
