THIRTEEN NEW BUILDINGS Since l948, ThirTeen new buildings or addiTions have been compIe+ed and maior improvemenTs have been made aT six schools. The new schools in Frederick in- clude The NorTh Frederick and The EasT Frederick Schools. AclcliTions have been compleTed on Lincoln High School and Elm STreeT Junior I-ligh School, and maior improvemenTs have been made on oTher Freder- ick schools such as NorTh MarkeT and WashingTon STreeT elemenTary schools. The TirsT schools consTrucTed under Mr. PruiTT's ad- minisTraTion are aT PoinT oT Rocks and CaTocTin Furnace, Tinanced by P.W.A, Tunds in I939.
