The Pan-Hellenic Council is composed of repre- sentatives from each of Frederick's three sororities - Lambda Tau Omega, Kappa Sigma Phi, and Gamma Zeta. This council, inaugurated by Dean Gibson, coordinates the activities of all the sorori- ties and establishes rules for the activities of Rush Week.
