PRESIDENTS MESSAGE In September, 1958, we began the first year of school life at Frederick College. The empty buildings and campus became alive as we began to establish a routine, soon to become familiar and more distinct and vital. The college became fresh with ambition, different desires, and progressive physical changes in the campus. You, the first students, will go down in the history of the college with the establishment of precedents through your college work. | take this opportunity to express my appreciation to you, the students of Frederick College, for investing your faith in this new institution, as has been shown by your attitude during the past year.
