This year, students went out for Forensics. Of these, 16 went to Webster, 8 to River Falls, and Nancy Christensen and Gayle Dahlberg received A's at Madison at the state contest, This program is made possible through the excellent guidance of Mr. Peder- son and Mr. Reidasch. Students may enter in one of eight fields. They are: declamations, orations, 4-minute speeches, l extemporaneous reading and speaking, and interpretive reading. Much hard work goes into these speeches and regardless of the , grade given, much is gained, Above Back row: Don Moses, Bruce Seastrand, Second row: Karen Schogl winners Hunnicutt, Judy Johnson, Carolyn Wedin, Karen Engen, First row: state winners: Nancy Christensen, and Gayle Dahlberg, Picture at Right Back row: Dixie Hemness, Wilma Hanley, Deloris Engen, Don Moses, Don Leigh, Bruce Seastrand, Janice Graf, Ronnie Engel.
