Library 33 3. Loans will be made to those who cannot make appli¬ cation in person on receipt of written request sent either by mail or in care of some one. 4. Books will be sent by mail on request, but the borrower must pay postage. 5. If two or more applications are received for same book or magazine, they will be filled in order received. 6. No book can be kept out longer than two weeks and no magazine longer than one week. 7. The following fines will be assessed: a. For losing a book or magazine, the cost of same. b. For abuse of book or magazine, fine commensurate with same. c. For failure to return a book or magazine within required time, ten cents per week or fraction thereof. 8.
