ELIJAH EVERETT KRESGE, Ph.D. Professor of Philosophy Born at McMichaels, Pa., November 4, 1876. Graduated from Franklin and Marshall College, Class of l898, with Honors. Graduated from the 'Theological Seminary, Lancaster, Pa., in l90l. Graduated from the Graduate School of the University of Pennsylvania with the degree of Ph.D. in l9l3. In l9l4 published a volume on Immanuel Kant's Doctrine of Theology. In l92Z published a volume, The Church and the Ever-Coming Kingdom of God. Member of the American Academy of Social and Political Science. For three years prior to coming to Franklin and Marshall College as Professor of Philosophy in l923 he was President of the Pennsylvania District for the World Alliance for the Promotion of Inter- national Friendship and Good Will.
