One of the largest organizations in the school, the Boosters Club is a vital part of school spirit at Franklin. During the year they avidly supported the Panther teams, turning out en masse at the games. Before every game, they posted sighns in support of the team and for the basketball season, they sold pennants to students at- tending the games. Aspiring homemakers at Franklin entered into many Fu- ture Homemakers of America ac- tivites, which included speakers at their meetings, a spring fashion show and several Field trips. Their service projects were holding a Valentine Tea for women faculty members and repairing chemistry lab aprons. Selling candy bars was their money raising project. Fire Marshalls These boys, under the direction of Mr. Volberg, helped organize the students in the required monthly fire drills. Quick evacua- tion of the building was stressed by the members. Stage Crew The Stage Crew is very impor- tant to any high school produc- tion.
