The team has taken part in many activities. They were able to buy much needed equipment with prov ceeds from an afteregame dance which they spon- sored, They were in charge of building and decorate ing the first homecoming float, ln a local tournament with Fife High School, the Franklin Pierce team received the highest score and won most of the prizes. lt is hoped that in the near future, archery can be made a letter sport. 'lim Bccvc N. l2 qganfl The Franklin Pierce Rifle Team has finished a very successful year. ln the last match of the season, the team was awarded the coveted Point Defiance League plaque. ln addition, six medals were presented to those mem- bers who made the high five most often: Pam Gress, Dan McNickle, Roger Lovitt, Bob Albaugh, and Gary Rogers. Dan McNickle received a gold medal for having the highest individual score of the season. Marlene Corrigan and Tom Anglea are also members of the team. Mr, Lyle Catt is the coach of the rifle team.
