There have been many meet- ings where students and faculty members have met to talk over common problems, to arrive at an agreed course of action, to try it out, and then to meet again to evalu- ate the results. Our students are becoming more and more aware of the need of work- ing togethel' to make our school life an example of successful living. Such prob- lems as building and ground appearance, school reputation, attendance standards, and community relationships are no longer looked upon as a problem belong- ing to someone else but rather a vital part of their ow11 living and concern. When young people not only recognize these problems but are willing to do something about them, we can feel confident that they are preparing for life in a way that will be lasting and not forgotten or outgrown the day after graduation.
