New Vice-Principal Hopes For Increased Student Involvement This year, Franklin welcomed a new administrative vice-principal, Mr. David Wienecke. Like the rest of the administration he, too, has opinions of the activities that are a part of Franklin. lt is hoped that an increased student involve- ment in student council and other activities will occur during the coming years. He sees promise in the independent study schedule because it gives students a chance to socialize with their friends.
