ADMINISTRATION m Mr. H. Bueck Superintendent To the seniors: For the first time in the history of man an attempt is being made to educate all of the children of the people to the point of a sec¬ ondary school graduate. The United States is the only country in the world with the economic power and the will to attempt this feat. You are a part of this great experiment. We believe that only through education will we be able to preserve and strengthen our system of free democratic govern¬ ment. To the degree that you use your training to strengthen the country that gave it to you, will your children enjoy the sacred right of freedom that is now yours. Mr. Harry Corbin Principal Principal’s Address to the Seniors Seniors: You may soon forget some of the facts you have learned during your high school years; but, if through the efforts you have put forth in acquiring these facts, you have gained more wisdom, then your efforts have not been in vain. If, during these four years, you have increased your interest in living a more wholesome life, you have become more patriotic, you have become more just in your relationships with others, and, in your relationships with Diety, you have become more humble, then the efforts of your parents and teachers have not been in vain. Mrs. Connie Campbell Secretary 18
