A s ,F l7f1ef e- ght E DeJonge D Gartin W Lynch D Arment E Stelnshouer E Tuers W Sindt Coach Young Senior Shop The senior shop class composed of eight senior boys met each mornlng just before noon from 10 30 until 12 00 A they had had no previous shop training they first squared a board then started their first project Projects made included lamps and tool handles The sen1ors were instructed in the use of the electric welder the soldering 1ron and the forge A new wood turning lathe was added to the shop the second semester and everyone learned how to use the tools and how to turn 1 cylinder Several projects were made The seniors did considerable work on their cars as the Man and the Motor Car class met just before shop They adjusted wheels tightened brakes and other llght jobs Other outslde jobs mcluded work on the footb ll field and dragglng the track Senior Advanced Shop Class Duane Arment Wendell Lynch Keith Collins Edward Stelnshouer Earl DeJonge Wllbur Smdt Dean Gartin Earl Tuers Keith Collins dropped at the end of the first semester : . , .
