He came to Franklin this year from Holabird Junior High School where he was principal. Mr. Wheeler taught at Sparrows Point High School, Sparks High School, and Hereford High School and was vice-i principal at North Point junior High and Middle River junior High School. Two dollars on Carry-Back to win, Mrs. Spicer. Office staff at the old grind Office The office staff is instrumental in the efficient operation of Franklin Senior High School. The responsibilities of the office are divided between Mrs. Marie McManus and Mrs. Phyllis Spicer. Mrs. McManus is in charge of the office and is a valuable assistant to Mr. Wheeler and Mr. Algier. She coordinates the operation of the office, keeps files and records, and receives visitors and telephone calls. Mrs. Spicer, although she assists with office routines, is primarily con- cerned with the financial records. Mrs. Spicer also assists club treasurers in managing their financial affairs.
