FUTURE FARMERS OF AMERICA Geri Eisenbarth and Carmen Anderson, this year's chapter sweetheart, are pouring coffee at the FFA's annual coffee hour. - F SWGJfifl’ The Franklin FFA State Fair booth. The main objective was aimed at Operation Rain Gauge. A cash price was rewarded. Greg Holtmann is checking one of his projects. During the spring, our three judging teams started practicing with meats, livestock, and dairy. Our meats and livestock teams went to the region, and our dairy team was fortunate to make a trip to the state contest. At the State FFA convention, we were priveleged to have four members in the FFA State Choir, and two members in the State FFA Band. V ayne Olson doing his daily checking of rain- The Franklin Chapter of FFA was very busy at the start of the school year. They worked fall, as one of the duties of being Chapter very hard to complete their fair booth which won third place. The next order of business Climatologist. was the initiation of the new Freshmen members. The week following the initiation, our FFA had its annual com drive for Camp Courage and set a new record. We also held our annual pancake supper and crop show to display the work that the FFA members had done. Following the pancake supper, our chapter sold fruit, and this plso proved to be successful.

Doug Freitag, are you thinging of trying it out??? The FFA has built numerous houses like this one. The chapter is distributing them along the valley for needy birds.
