JUNIOR WE OPPONENT THEY 14 BOYD 7 21 BELVIEW 7 21 WABASSO 7 21 ECHO 0 VARSITY The Jr. High football team was successful in defending the Conference title it has now held for four consecutive years. The main load was carried by the ninth grade boys, most of whom have had two or three years experience. Many of these boys showed promise of being good prospects to aid the varsity next year. The wins were over Boyd, Belview, Wabasso, and Echo. Hanley Falls conceded the game to the Tiger cubs since they could not field a team. One of the most promising points was the number of boys who were out for football. Each year more and more boys come out, thus encouraging the prospects for a winning varsity team.
