One of the cumbersome events of the evening was the pinning of the boutonniere. Steve Kuhlman fabovei assisted Debbie Wilson with her honor. Maybe not President of the United States, but close enough for him, Bob Rogalski Ueftj and First Lady Diane DeSanto reigned during the evening. Quenching their thirst with punch and their appetites with cookies were some of the guests at the 1969 Presidential Ball. President, First Lady reign at seventh annual ball It was red roses for a first lady as the Student Council sponsored its seventh annual Presidential Ball. Acting as master of ceremonies, Mr. Graves presented the traditional plaque and roses to President Bob Ro- galski and his First Lady, Diane DeSanto. Other mem- bers ot the court included Sophomores Rob Hollings- worth, Mark Lehto, Juniors Cathy Roth, Jeff Kind, Jim Kosteva, and Seniors Bunnie Dollins, Carol Opland, Archie Leib. Music for the dance was provided by The Enter- tainers. The versatile five-piece band played slow music as well as a little bit of soul to liven things up. Red, white, and blue decorations accented a patriotic theme. Even crutches couldn't stop Tom Martin from enioying himself with his first lady Joanne LaBelle, and friends Chuck Ritter, Pat Bennett.
