This sweeping victory typified the constant drive and enthusiastic support that lasted throughout Franklin's football season. Juniors Shocked It To 'Em in half-time float competition by depicting the full figure of Ben Franklin with a fist full of lightning bolts. Queen Bunnie Dollins and her Homecoming court were introduced. During the evening they presided over the dance, Reflections of Autumn. 'i s 5? 'R

M ,d , In Secretary Linda Larson and Sue Phillips concentrated on Council duties, while Scott Leggat and Kathy Graham attended an open meeting. Dick McAdam lupper leftj tried to interest fellow Juniors Bill Kumbier and Dove Olson in March of Dimes' peanuts for dessert. Diane Lang escorted ninth-grade students on a sightseeing tour of their next year's home. Both the peanut sale and the school tour are activities sponsored and supervised by Student Council members.

Pausing during the half-time festivities were Bunnie and her court Patt Dun- ham, Sue Phillips, Rhonda Phillips, Diane De Santo and Elaine Nagano. Sideline teammates displayed their unending spirit as Soph Bob Hollingsworth took his place on the field. Prize-winning Junior class float, Shock It To 'E'm fleftl deserved that extra victory lap around the cinder track. Happiness could only have been ex- pressed with tears as Queen Bunnie Dollins accepted the traditional rose bouquet from Mr. John Graves.
