All the home rooms of 8th, 9th, and 10th grades are each represented by a representative and alternate. Some of the many things Student Council has sponsored are: Noon dancing, the Backward Ball, HighSchool Holiday and the Crystal Ball. Throughout the year Student Council has worked and planned for a Student Court, although not in effect this year it will be started next year. TEEN TONES This g ro up was organized late in the year but they have had fun singing quartet arrange- ments of s ong s. The quartets have divided into smaller groups several times. They hope to continue next year in smaller groups. These people, many of whom have never had much music training before, have developed very nicely this year. They have been singing three-and four-part music and have presented two programs this year, plus taking part in the all-county music festival at Grove City'in April. They also journeyed to Otterbein College for a vocal clinic in April. MUSIC APPRECIATION CLUB This group was organized late in the year but has covered quite a lot of material such as: opera, listening to records, discussing stories of opera heard, seeing pictures. We have also done class singing and sight reading.
