Ossie Lee Hayes 4H Club 2 years, Home Economies Club 44 years Three years ago We antered here With minds and hearts aglow; The object upmost in our souls Yas more of truth to Imow, From many sections of our land We came with one high aim; To get the message in our hearts, Then carry forth the same . Our hardships have been manifold, Cur disappointments vast, But through a feith invincible, “e’ve reached this height at last. This height but marks the startine point, The conflict is ahead: Vith faith and courare, forth we go, Nith an a@vencing treed. A rare and sincere brotherhood, Is cherished by us all; When erief or sorrow touches one, we quickly heed the cell. This friendship should throughout the years Continue frait to yield: Its branches should reach out and grow Wron a larger field. Our teachers, relatives and friends, Have us with faith embued; Within our hearts, we have for them A store of gratitude. We loathe to leave these sacred walls But duty says we sust; We go to live a life to prove We're worthy of your trust. We know not where our lots shall be, Nor what shall be the end; Vhy should we question, since we know Theat Jesus is our Friend.
