Cis Stony DIVISION 8 A Tho class stevting out vith forty-six members has de= ereased in size to thirty-one. Nevertheless, those few have struggled on to the end of another school year. During the year we have been very interested in impro- ving our home-room. Some of the things that wo have done are: ealcimined the walls; bought a United States flag and a North Carolina flag; and purchased shades for the windows. In as much as we have been studying the history of North Carolina, we have bought eight maps showing different re- gions, industrios, and climaticel conditions in the state. We also have some cxccllent examples of natural resources in the class room, Our collection consists of different kinds of soil, trees, fish and mincrols.
