The 1960 presents... Gay Frith Editor of 1960 Ammo INTANGIBLE FELLINGS are the heart of a hap- py school year. The feelings of joy at the outcome of an election, pride in a class project, school spirit at an athletic contest, and fulfillment on gradua- tion day each mark a high point in a school year. Each of these feelings is manifested by a special event at Franklin County High, and it is these events that are featured IH the 1960 ANIMO The ANIMO IS different this yeal it has new layouts new organization and different spirit Each sub scrlber now owns a treasure that can never be re placed either physically or splrltually the hugh lights of the post school yeor Mrs Motley is caught off guard playing with prize for magazine sales Dedlcotlon THE DEDICATION 1S a matter which the staff of the yearbook must g1V8 much tlme and attention The yearbook ltself is in recognition of a slngle year s act1v1t1es and accomplishments The dedlca tion however recognizes the contrlbutlons made by an 1nd1v1dual through many years It was wlth these thoughts that we labored and planned and finally arrlved at this our dedication She IS a hardworker but seldom complains She has a thousand and one difficult Jobs to perform but remalns helpful and frlendly Each of our fifty five staff members and twelve hundred students receives the benefit of her daily tasks tasks which are done with so much care and devotion to duty and such 11ttle thought of personal gain or glory For these reasons and more we the staff ded1 cate the ANIMO 1960 to MRS MARGARET MOTLEY 4
