Miss Julia Rowe, Senior Counselor Miss Ilene Murcott, Sophomore Counselor The main job of the counselor is to help direct the student toward a set of courses that will be consistent with his or her ability and future life. Thus, the task of student placement is paramount in the minds of the counselorg to aid in this, Frankfurt High strives to have its classes grouped according to ability. Every effort is made to guide students into courses that will make use of and best suit their abilities. The Sophomore Counselors have the responsibility of assisting students in adjusting to their new school environment and in their choice of studiesg while the Junior and Senior Counselors guide the students toward their chosen field, academic or commercial, and help them choose the college or career best suited for them.
