FUTURE NURSES OF AMERICA Open to any student interested in nursing, the Future Nurses Club had a chili supper, sponsored a dance, and decorated for Blue and White Day. The officers this year were: President, Jeanne Hibner; Vice-President, Colleen Strain; Recording Secretary, Jan Stewart; Corresponding Secretary, Nancy Compton; Treasurer, Virginia Wallace; and Historian, Judy Patton. MATH - SCIENCE One of the most rapidly growing clubs is the Math-Science Club. This year the club sponsored the ‘‘First Annual Elementary Science Fair”, which was a big success. The officers were: Jim Maish, president; Jim Kipp, vice-president; Dave Smith, secretary; Keith Lungren, treasurer. The sponsors were Mr. Phillippe and Mr. Belcher. - 28 -

SPANISH CLUB The Spanish Club is open to any student who is taking or has taken at least one year of Spanish. This year the club members have gained knowledge of Spain and the Spanish speaking people through several interesting programs. They also sponsored a dance and decorated for B’ue and White Day. This year the club sponsored a dance and an interesting convocation on teen-age marriages and school drop-outs. This year’s officers were: President.
