Superintendent, Mr. Terry Warren Mr. Terry Warren is the Superintendent of Frankfort Community District 168. He spends his time among the four schools administering educational policies. Mr. Warren has spent most of his life in education. He is a former FCHS English Instructor; he has been Principal of Denning Elementary and was Principal of Central Junior High School. He became Superintendent of Unit District 168 in 1984. From his experience in education, Mr. Warren has brought new dimensions in education to the School District. The Board of Education are elected members of the community who are concerned with the improvement of the education in the School District. The Board formulates policies and is responsible for directing the schools activities. Mr. Mike Riva is the President, and Mr. Mike Simpson is the Secretary of the Board. A MEMBERS OF THE BOARD — B. F.C.H.S. Principal Mr. John Taylor One of the most necessary jobs at F.C.H.S. is that of our Principal Mr. John Taylor. This was Mr. Taylor’s second year as principal of the high school. Mr. Taylor’s time was taken up in changing schedules, advising students, and administering discipline. The hard work that Mr. Taylor demonstrated in the duties he performed enabled us to keep an organized school throughout the year. Mr. David Lee is an administrative assistant of District 168 and Head Varsity Basketball Coach. His duties include: Maintenance Supervisor of the District, Truant Officer, and working with Miss Grosco in the F.C.H.S. Attendance Office. Mr. David Lee 19
