Mr. L. Goebel Patton Superintendent of Schools Mr. L. Goebel Patton, Superintendent of Frankfort Community District 168, is a man dedicated to the ideals of education for all. His responsibility lies in the area of creative and efficient operation of the school district. Mr. Patton is a vital link between school and community. He maintains a working relationship between the two. The Board of Education is comprised of busy citizens who work closely with the Superintendent of Schools to formulate and carry out school policies. Mr. Gail Barton, F.C.H.S. Principal Mr. Gail Borton, principal at F.C.H.S. for eight years, is responsible for scheduling students, disciplining and co-ordinating the problems between faculty and students. Mr. Borton, a key community figure, is active in civic organizations and IHSA activities statewide. Through his efforts, F.C.H.S. is constantly upgrading its educational standards.
