Homecoming participants awed by lunar landing Ce ) to Matthew Grammcr. Kathryn Gray. Karla Grccnwalt. Rhonda Russel. Lori lee Stritzcl. Cynthia Booth. Mike Karoski. Mistress and Master of Ceremonies. Carolvn Young and Donald Donini. The 1969 Homecoming Coronation was in step with today’s moving world by landing a special girl on the moon. The Mistress and Master of Ceremonies, Carolyn Young and Donald Donini. introduced the Orbitors in Space, the Lilliputian Space Crew, and finally announced Miss Janice Hill as 1969 Homecoming Queen. Miss Hill was escorted by Football Captain Kim Burke. The Lilliputian Space Crew consisted of football bearer. Mike Karoski; crown bearer. Matthew Gram-mer; and star bearer, Cynthia Booth. Cynthia presented Queen Janice with a falling star” to complete the Coronation theme, Girl on the Moon”. Kathryn Gray and Rhonda Russell scattered rose petals to the Queen’s throne. Train bearers were Karla Greenwalt and Lori Lee Stritzel. The music for this special occasion was provided by the F.C.H.S. Band and the melodious voices of the Chordettes. The two selections of the Chordettes were Blue Moon” and Happy Heart.” The Class of 1945 celebrated its 25th reunion with Mr. George Karoski giving the Alumni Response. Miss Velma O. Nave, General Chairman, was assisted by Mrs. Mary Gautreaux.
