Cheerleaders, clad as football players, provided entertainment at the Homecoming pep session. Student's life in and out of school Dick Cox, Jim Benton, and Denny Dziadus tabulate votes for the Ugly Man Contest, sponsored by the Key Club to collect money for the new Youth Center. V IX , LL TOLLED Clothes, money, the pulsating sound of a guitar in a crowded room, the happiness of having friends, a golden leaf falling slowly to the ground on an autumn day, the endless stream of mixed emotions that crowd one’s mind on a swinging date or a lonely winter night—these are things which provided a student with welcome relief from facing the daily routine of school, the burden of homework, and the tension of examinations.
