The Lariat staff made sure there was an adequate supply of mistletoe for every group celebration. Martha Snyder had fun selling it to student customers. Jimmy McKnight had fun buying it. t yvj ! tl ' fufif M ff' 111 1 . . 1 -Y L -,, Vicki Platts and Glenn Lloyd leamed about volunteering to put snow on a tree, even blamed the equipment and gave up after applying only six coats. The simple directions were too much for them. Really, the tree was beautiful and the sophomores were pleased with it.

Christmas came softly and gay for the largest group ever attending an annual holiday prom, sponsored by the sophomore class. Moments we would like to remember were created of pretty young women, escorted by handsome young men, music for dancing and a beautiful refreshment table.
