lVIISS DOROTHY WHITTED Simson College, B.A. Ohio State University, M.A. Supervisor of Instruction Senior English and Literature Dorothy Whitted's major responsibility is that of articulating the course of study in all the city schools. Since 1933 she has been an instructor in the department of education at Ohio Wesleyan University. The past year she wrote two articles for publication in the field of language arts. She also was on the program at the last National Council of English Teachers. MR. CARL L. HOPKINS University of Akron, B.E. Ohio State University, M.A. Northwestern University Ohio Wesleyan University Superintendent of Delaware City Schools Carl L. Hopkins has been a familiar figure around the Delaware City Schools for a number of years. Twelve of these he spent as Principal of Willis. As superin- tendent, Mr. Hopkins. has still had time to be an active member and leader in Dela- ware Civic organizations and of Ohio Schools. He is a member of the Central District Athletic Board. 6
