Heinernan The 1957-58 Panther squad, under the leadership of co-captains Terry Heinarnan and Larry Hooper, ' demonstrated excellent fighting spirit throughout the season. Dorrance Hill and Terry Heinarnan were named to the All-Central Buckeye League squad, with honor- able mention going to Ed Black, Tom, Cowan, Larry Hall, Terry Masters, Bob Montgomery, and jim Shaw. At the end of the season, Coach Dick Coyle an- nounced that the team chose to select a captain for each game next year, rather than having the oiiice be a permanent job. This was Mr. Coyle,s last year in coaching, he plans to enter the field of guidance. He was assisted this year by Dave Thomas. Other coaches were Ray Middleton, in charge of freshman football, and Del Cornwell, coach of the junior high squad.
