Leading the project committee, whose job it was to direct and plan the many projects throughout the year, were Ed Bigony and Charles Borden. The worship committee, headed by Jim Bossert and John Merrill, was responsible for the religious assemblies held the first Wednesday in the month as a pre-school activity. This committee was also responsible for making arrangements for the club to attend many of the local churches. Heading the program committee was Bill Graham and Larry Hause. This committee was in charge of obtaining speakers for several meetings throughout the year. The recreation committee in charge of sponsoring inner club intramurals was directed by John Bob Talley and Bill Bossert. The pub- licity committee was in charge of publicizing our activities throughout the town and school. This group was headed by Tommy Thomson and Mickey Seidl.

The-girls' activities included a booth at the Parent-Teacher Association carnival, a party honoring the seniors, the mother and daughter banquet, and a regional meeting held at Mount Gilead. Besides these activities the girls did many odd jobs such as baking cookies for teas and serving at banquets. They worked for degrees such as the Junior Homemaker of Chapter degree and participated in the state program for an award of merit. The officers were Carol Gregory, president, Sandra Jervis, vice-president, Peggy Harter, secretary, Belva Allen, treasurer, Barbara Gale, historian, Barbara Culver, parliamentarian. The club advisors were Mrs. W. E. Jones and Mrs. Gerald Cory.
