J UST CAN'T HIDE THAT CHARGER PRIDE! The 1983 Homecoming slogan, Just Can't Hide That Charger Pride, lives on in the activities of Kellogg,s 55 Cheerleaders! The cheerleaders stay after school 2 Or 3 times a week to meet, practice, and make locker decorations, posters, and announcements. Their hard work and enthusiasm at games and pep fests shows their pride in Kellogg's Charger and Ram-Charger Teams. The hockey team had a very successful sea- son this year. After five conference games they were in lst place, tied with Anoka. At that point they were also ranked 9th in the state. They were the only team to blemish Anoka's record with a 4 to 4 tie. They cooled down the second round of the schedule and finished in 4th place. They outscored their opponents 82 to 75 and played very exciting hockey. They raised Kellogg hockey to a new high and fin- ished with a 12 win 7 loss l tie overall record.
