On the up side, they beat llounds View and Apple Valley, both of whom fere ranked in the state's top five teams. They pst twice to State Champion Irondale by scores lf 3-2 and 2-l. The latter game was in the sec- lon semifinals. They dominated the game early iut just couldn't score because of an outstand- ig goalie. l This year's team had a group of hard work- g, skilled soccer players. They had great atti- des and were a pleasure to coach. The seven niors will be greatly missed next year. They are: Julie Collette, Jill DeZurik, Shelly Hansen, Sue Josephson, Mary Kuritz, Michele Tschida, and Kara Wallin.
