:1X X In 1954, forty-two nervous girls and boys en- tered the first grade under the direction of Mrs. Fannie Collins. Out of these only seventeen are to be graduated at Francisco. Diana Bartley, Ce- cilia Eeasley, Deborah Col-man, Tim Tooley, Sita Casper, Joe Ireland, Charles Hunt, Diane Nurren- bern, Mary Montgomery, Ronald Stewart, Richard Comer, Janice Davis, Phyllis Scott, Donald Cross, Samuel Watkins, Jerry Helsley, and latriciu Fritz. Those who have joined us during the years and are being graduated with us are: Lydia Bishop, Jim Burke, Bertha Dixon, Mike Schafer, Tamara Ro- jenhouse, Jean tmerson, L rry Griesemer, David Hutchinson, Buddy Watkins, and Dianna Wehmer. During our first year in high school, our class went to Meade Johnson, Emge's, and Kesker Zoo under the sponsorship of Mis. Shurig. Also that year, the Home Economics girls went to visil Deaconess Hospital in Evansville. ,.s sophomores we ordered our class jackets and received them in early winter. In the spring we ordered our class rings. During this year we went to Spring Mill Park. In our Junior year, we received our class rings, at Christmas time we sponsored the Christ- mas dance. During the spring we presented our first class play, A-Feu 'm' Ov«r Yonder, usder t.he direetiem »f Mr . Norietta Miller. We al e went on the Junior-Senior Class Trip to St. Louis. During our Senior year we presented our Sen- ior class play titled Grandad Steps Out. During the summer we had our graduation pictures taken. received them in December. We ordered our an- nouncements. The Seniors sponsored the Spring For- mal. The Seniors also enjoyed the Junior-Senior olass trip very mueh. Mr. Davis, another set of dependable secretaries in classes and organizations. the Juniors, the right to get along with everyone. the Sophomores, the right to be graduated from F. H. S. the Freshmen, the right to have good luck at 0. C. H. S.
