|p Senior Class History iu{Uit 29, 19 2, JO very ©oared little first graders drudged into rtncUoo High School for the first time. ■■ Mow twelve years have passed, and many things have happened along fee way. 4 Our first year must have been quite a problem to Miss Esther Arburn, ur teacher. Will we ever forget those little pink and blue baby bibs ■hat were tied around our nooks when we committed some misdemeanori Those graduating this year from our beginning class are t Wendell ►alley, Maurioe Bolin, Oharles Farmer, Dona Peavler, Ellsworth Ross ►onnie Stapleton, Ida Mae Vaughan and Jack Wilder. As our grade sohool years continued Richard Litherland, Russell ►roeheaxs, Vernon Davis, Don Sokeland, Dennis Wirth, and Wendell Qoooh, olned us. Our next step was junior high, and again everything was different. ►alls ringing and running to and fro to classes was really a big differ- ince over grade sohool days. Then oame high sohool, and we were at last Green Freshmen. Dux— ir.£ Our freshmen year we lost several members! Patty Lemmons, Burley laal Jr. Blanch Joann Settler, James Woods, and William E. Truckey. then we beoaae Silly Sophomores, and this year Eugene Coburn Iropped out, leaving us 20 members. - v’J-kThon oame our junior year, and only fourteen classmates returned; hose who dropped out were Barbara Ledbetter, Ruth Virginia Debord, Shirley Cole, and Mary Louise Debord. This seemed to be the year that' katrlmooy set in. The olaes was greatly grieved over the death of one of our class- mates, Dorothy Landrus. It W S during our junior year that we gave our stage debut, Peek- tboo Penny. Ve took the senior class to Lincoln State Park and Santa laus Land on our trip. ' -Then earns our last and biggest step, the Senior Class of 1954. Dur- first part of the year we presented Alias the Butler. We ran •he eonoession stand at the ballgames for our main money making project. 'ime advances, and we are slowly ending our career at dear old Francisco Ugh School. ■ ihrs. Redman has been our sponsor for our four most trying years, nd we Wish to take this time to thank her for helping us through he peat years and to a brighter future.
