We, the graduating Class of 1960, dedicate This first edition of the IEE to the Planning Committee of the Francis Scott Key High School. We sincerely hope this gesture will show our appreciation for the many hours spent in the planning of this school. Under the supervision of the Planning Committee, this school evolved-first as a dream, then as a blueprint, and finally as one of Carroll County's finest schools. What greater tribute can be paid to any group! These parents and civic leaders worked diligently that we, as students, could have adequate educational facilities. The Class of 1960 and all future students will be forever indebted to those citizens who have given willingly of their time on our behalf.
