The boys cross country team finished the season city champs for the fourth year in a row. They placed second in the SIAC, second in the sectionals and fifth in the region- als. Junior Rodney Compton advanced to semi-state. Making the All city and All SIAC teams were juniors Rodney Compton, and Scott Hayes. Also named to those teams was sophomore Greg Givens. The boys ended their season with a 65-9 re- cord. The girls finished their season fourth in the city and eight in the sectionals. Sophomore Staci Kreger was named to the All city team. 26 Golf Was A Season Of Close A heartbreaking loss to Castle was characteristic of the whole season for the girls golf team. They lost by only five strokes. During this season, the team was lead by Senior Alizabeth Aramowicz and also by Senior Andrea Moore. We had a mediocre season.
