THE TIME OF KING On November 22, 23, and 24, 1985 the Reitz auditorium was transformed into the mythical, magical kingdom of Camelot. For the first time in several years, a full scale dramatic musical was present- ed by the Reitz drama department. Directed by Mr. Dan Durbin, Camelot succeeded in bringing the pride of Drama back to the Hill. Camelot is a beautiful story which takes place in the time of King Arthur. Andy Hubbard as Arthur along with Ashlun Murphy as Queen Cuenevere and Darren Haygood as Lancelot, made the times of the Knights of the Round Table Come to life. Other members of the cast were Rod Townsend as Merlyn, Heath Coebel as King Pellinorel Matt Caton as Mordred, Melissa English as Morgan, Travis Ray as Tom, Barb Bain as Nimue and Sadie, Mrs. Bucking- ham's pet dog, as Horrid. The cast worked hard to bring Camelot to a successful conclusion. Their feelings were summed up by sophomore Darren Haygood, Lots of hard and long work went into this production. But we also had lots of fun. I'm looking forward to further productions. 1 M V2714 ' Horrid steals the show. Ladies of the court laugh at the antics of Pellinore.
