There are many fun activ- ities that we have at F. H. S. In February we have the singing valentines sponsored by the Sunshine Society. At this time, the girls get roses and the boys get carnations. At the beginning of March, we have the Senior-Faculty basketball game. Grades 1 and 2, 3 and 4, and 5 and 6 play each other. The big game comes when the Seniors play the Faculty. As we come to the closing days at F. H.S. , we can all say that they have been prof- itable ones. Our school days at Francesville will always be remembered. Development The crowd watches tensely as Glen Doll attempts to make a basket. EnUiusiasm grows as the Pep Club practices for the tourney. 19

The mouse (Claudia Howat) symbolizes the small country, Grand Fenwick that Roared on the United States. Gloriana (Sharon Tanner) portrays to the Forest Ranger (Larry Doll), Tully Bascom her wishes to form a subversive party to get aid from the U. S. Eccentric Professor Kokintz has finally ful- filled his ambition to create a new secret weapon for the U. S. Prof. K. played by Pat Davis, General Snippet by Rick Kruger, Two wacs by Debbie Wuethrich and Loma Owen. THE MOUSE THAT ROARED The last play pre- sented by F. H. S. on April 14-15 was a humorous satire of Grand Fenwick, 3 by 5 miles, and unknown to the rest of the world was faced with a serious trade deficit. Her precious wine, the only export, was being produced in the U. S. at half price. Fearing the possibility of having to surrender their liberty and indepen- dence, Grand Fen- wick declared war on the U. S. so they'd be rehabil- itated.
