1962 PRESENTED BY THE SENIORS OF FRANCESVILLE HIGH SCHOOL, FRANCESVILLE. INDIANA ;Dedication Edward Miller. This is just one way that we. the seniors, can show our appreciation for the understanding, patience, and guid- ance he has so willingly given to us in these past four high school years. Administration Known as those who guide us and instruct us, our teachers and administrators are really much more They are the supporting pillars of all our endeavors, helping us lay the foundations for our many castles in the sky. Because of this, their memory will be with us always, but we will remember them also for their unique personalities. Personalities that could not be hidden by the grade book, but are portrayed by their many hobbies and characteristics. Administration PRINCIPAL: MR. School Js Zo Educate• Plane Geometry students get practice at the board. Social Science prepares the students to face the responsibilities of life and government. Even though our experiments are not all suc- cessful, we still enjoy our Chemistry classes. Jn Zke Arts. . . Home-economics prepares future housewives to handle domestic problems. The basis of all learning begins with the language of the people; therefore, our English classes are always a must! Driver's training is becoming a necessity in today's modem society. Jn Career Zrawing. Jn Useful Arts. . . Timed writings become familiar to the students in Mr. Willis' typing classes. Seniors Thus our Seniors leave these shores, anxious to challenge the vast Sea of Life. The little stream, whose calm waters have led them along the sheltered banks of their school days, now opens into a mighty and oft-times forbidding river. Yet they do not quake at thought of the long voyage ahead of them, but face the open waters with hope and determination and a keen yearning to discover what lies just over the next horizon. Red Rose Roeks Rugged” Chow Time !! Underclassmen It’s a hectic hill to climb, this steep ascent to Seniorship. One with all the worries, frustrations, and biology projects conceivable. But just when you give up all hope, the going is made easier by the various footholds encountered along the way. The dances, class parties, and trips are as much a part of the underclassman's life as the algebra tests. And when at last the summit is reached and the goal is in sight, the accomplishment will be even more satisfying when you realize that the hard work was very often offset by the good times.
