The S.G.A. accepted the proposed center last April 1978 and the proposal was then sent to F.S.C. Pres. Justin McCarthy for approval. He refered this proposal to the F.S.C. Board of Trustees' attorney to be checked for legality. The proposal was delayed at this point due to a ques- tion of funding for certain forms of birth control. Ex- ecutive Board met with Pres. McCarthy several times in October 1979 and disatisfied students picketed out- side his office. No f f CONFIDENCE Pres. Justin McCarthy Due to the controversy over the delayed gynecolo- gical center on campus, the S.G.A. voted No Confid- ence regarding Pres. Just- in McCarthy. This was the first time in the history of the school that this was done.
