Editorial We, the students of the graduating class of nineteen hundred and fifty-five are not simply concluding a stay at Framingham High School but also culminating a per- iod of growth that has wit- nessed the exacting forma- tion of our character and the creation of a set of values with which we meas- ure right and wrong. It is through this set of values that we establish innumer- able everyday habits which are used in our living pro- cedure. We must now consider our future status in the world by recognizing our limita- tions and capabilities. When we have made an honest appraisal of ourselves, we will realize that the habits we have formed and the progress we have achieved in the period of our lives which has just come to a close, are the factors that will influence many of our future decisions in life. I hope that we can all look back upon our high school years with a feeling that we have taken full advantage of the educational opportunities that have been offered to us; and that as a result, we are better prepared to pay back the debt we owe our community by serving Framingham as active, responsible citizens. In behalf of the senior class officers, I would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr. Edmond, our class advisor, who has worked right beside us in all our activities and has been directly responsible for their successes. I would also like to thank all those seniors who have given up their time to serve on our various committees. In conclusion I would like to thank you for allowing me to be your class president for the past two years. I am truly unable to express in mere words the gratitude that I will always have in my heart for having been given the opportunity to serve the Class of 1955. JAY LANDER Senior Class President
