TO MEMBERS OF THE CLASS OF 1969 As your Class of 1969 reaches graduation day the individual members enter a new phase of their lives. Some will immediately join the ranks of working men and women. Others will begin relatively short courses in technical in- stitutes and junior colleges for training in specific areas. Some will join the Armed Forces of their country. More of our graduates will enroll in four- year degree granting institutions to prepare for the professions and eventually the world of work. Your life of work is just beginning. There is much to learn. On your graduation day your parents have every reason to be proud of your accomplishments and they may look forward to the greater achievements that are sure to come. We, your teachers at Framingham South High School, hope that we have contributed in some measure in the development of your per- sonality, in adding to your knowledge, and in the formation of those desirable attitudes and habits that are the foundation of personal success and the survival of our great democracy. May every member of the Class of 1969 set high standards of character and integrity for the classes that will follow you.
