J ass 0 1966 PRESIDENTS MESSAGE We are very fortunate to have graduated into a world which is so eager to accept sound, young minds. However, anyone who is unprepared for this world will face many problems. That is why we realize these past four years have been such an integral part of our lives. The knowledge we have accumulated, the habits we have formed, and the attitudes we have taken will remain with us always. As we look back, we may think that high school was difficult at times, as it often was. But it was noth- ing compared to the challenge we are about to face. At Framingham South we have received a fine education, thanks to the dedication of our admin- istration and faculty. But the real job is up to us. If we have worked conscientiously, we should be prepared to meet the challenge imposed by life in a changing, unsettled world and to overcome it. As we are about to open the door to that future which we have been so long anticipating, let us resolve to strive for success in all we attempt so that we may do our part for the betterment and peace of the world. I would like to give special thanks to Mr. Martin for his understanding guidance, and to our very devoted class advisor, Mr. Edmond, for all his time and assistance. My sincerest gratitude is extended to each of you who contributed in any way-aca- demically, athletically, or socially-to make our class one of the greatest ever, and especially for the pride and honor you bestowed upon me by allowing me to be president of the Class of 1966. l wish you great success in all your endeavors, and a very happy future. Sincerely yours, fjL'V5!Z nf 0491, fJc2,izICzQ9 Anthony P. DeSantis lll ill lf- 9 O 111- 7
