To Mr. John A. Meegan, for his many services, not only to the class of 1963, but to Framingham High School as a Whole, and for his kindness and interest in its stu- dents, both in and out of the classroom, this, the 1963 Philomath is dedicated.

J ass 0 1963 j9res1k12f's Wessaye In our four seemingly short years here, Framingham High School has probably undergone more changes than in the last twenty. We welcomed a new administra- tion as sophomores, advanced placement courses and IBM programming as juniors, and the National Honor Society as seniors. Although significant, these are not, how- ever, the changes that have most' influ- enced our high school days. They are, instead, those which have accompanied our fast-growing town. In September. 1959, we entered Fram- ingham High, a school of sixteen-hundred pupils, we leave it a school of twenty-four hundred. This fifty per cent increase in enrollment has necessitated an annual change in scheduling, and the building of a new high school at Winch Park. Since this school is to be occupied next year, ours will be the last class to graduate from a consolidated Framingham High School. The accomplishments of the members of our class have been outstanding. We thank the administration and the faculty for their counsel and help in our successful undertakings. May the passing years bring each of you luck and happiness. Sincerely, Zaawi ' ' 1 I 'I vig! si! . ,','1 I '.f.4 . .,, ., nw., XJ fu.
