l 5 i P1fi1fzcipczl's Message .,. t if Today We are all living under high pressure. How many lives have been shortened or made miserable by the haunt- ing fear of things which never happen or probably existed only in the imagination. We must learn to accept reverses with success. We all make mistakes. When you make one - admit it and don,t try to shift the blame. Iust determine not to repeat the error. Safeguard your health. Clinics, providing for physical check-ups are available to all at nominal cost. Avail yourselves of such periodically. A healthy person is generally a happy person and should be glad to aid the less fortunate. A Remember happiness and a serene perspective of values are more im- portant than material success even though achievement of an objective is a Worthy goal. Try to be sensible of your limitations and your talents equally. If necessary reduce your desires and thus indirectly your Worries and maybe you Will be able to cast aside your fears. Avoid gossip and avoid the gossips. Be ready to adjust yourself to constantly changing circumstances and above all look forward and not backward. WINFIELD C. POTTER Page F ive

Good advice is Worth heeding and I am confident you will listen and he governed accordingly. I have no formula for assuring you of happiness or success. You will have your good days and bad days in spite of any planned Way of living, and you will find laughter abounding at times when you are low with sorrow. And in the same manner, there will be depressed individuals near at hand, if you will hut search, When you are riding on top of the World. Thatis lifel Good luck to you.
